Gili Zaidman is an independent curator.
She holds a MAS degree in curatorial studies from the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). Her Thesis: “Finding a causeway to dialogue: ​Viewing, playing, and experiencing art” compared interpersonal relationship to the encounter of people with art. Following her thesis, she initiated the Guest/House project.
She co-founded Hamecarer (The Refrigerator), was head curator at the ACAC – Arad Contemporary Art Center, Deputy director and coordinator of the education program at The Shpilman Institute for Photography in Tel Aviv and assistant to the senior curator of Photography and chief curator at the Fine Arts wing at The Israel Museum, Jerusalem.
